A narrow band of rain over us Friday morning April 20 gets pushed way north on Saturday and Sunday.
The sun comes out.
Saturday we hit 70+ (probably low to mid-70s in the Willamette Valley.) This will be the first time we hit 70 degrees in 6 months and 3 days. Crazy!
Unusually humid warm and humid air streams in.
Then there’s Sunday. And there’s a real chance of hitting 80 in Portland and many places in the Willamette Valley. And even if we don’t do it, we’ll be close.
The forecast tools I use most often are saying it’ll be somewhere between 77-82 degrees on Sunday. Even splitting the difference gets you to 79.5…and why not round up to 80!
