    Hey Bruce, thank you for putting my picture of my dogs on the news last night, it was their 15 minutes of fame. We actually still have snow out here, but today it is sparkeling in the sunshine!
    My best friend from high school is Linda Smith. You also put her picture up (flooding in Turner) we thought it was very cool that you put up both of our pics. We went to school in the L.A. area and “re found” each other up here about 10 years ago.
    Always enjoy your show. My husband loves Storm Stories.

    Steve–for what you’re describing, I’d take a chance on Medford. They get cold in winter–but springs are sunnier and warmer and earlier than Portland, falls are longer and drier. Summer can be quite hot–but usually still cool down fairly well at night.
