80s In October: 1% Of The Time
I went digging into the Portland record books and over the last 20 years (1992-2012) we’ve had just 9 days in October where highs have reached 80 degrees!
Monday October 1, 2012 was day number nine. Portland hit 82 degrees. On a day where the average high is 70.
