Blogging From Along The Flooding Willamette River

I’m not sure how this blog post will look in the site because I’m posting this one on the road from my iPhone.
But you can sure see how the Willamette River looks in Oregon City on Saturday January 21, 2012.
Check out the shelter that’s under water. When we pulled up our six year old said, “Daddy, there’s a roof in the water!” Yes, there sure is.
The Willamette will start slowly dropping on Sunday. But with more wet systems ahead I expect it to be higher than normal for a ways into the future!

Hope you’re well–it’s great to see you!
