I’ve rarely seen a day as photogenic as Thursday March 7, 2013.
A day where fair weather cumulus clouds around Portland, Vancouver and the Columbia River Gorge mixed with brilliant blue sky to create instant art.
And the pictures kept hitting my inbox until well after sunset. I shared them on KOIN 6 News during my weathercast–but these shots are too good to end the sharing at that point.

I noticed a beautiful sunset here, but for the first half of the day it was overcast and rainy. Looks like today we’ll have our turn to see some sunshine through the day.
